|Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake and cannot correct it in the shopping cart contact us and we will correct the mistake
When confirmation of your order is received this is to indicate we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling We ship all carton lots to the UK on an automatic Next Day service. Pallets for UK delivery can be shipped on Economy 2-3 day service or Next Day, you may select which during your order.
International orders are always quoted before we give a total pay.
|Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away once payment is received. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive intact and un-opened.
Should you receive an item that is either damaged, opened or has had items removed you MUST sign for the stock accordingly. If you fail to sign that an item is damaged, faulty or parts missign we will be unable to accept any claim from you or make a claim on the carrier.
|Back Orders Due to the nature of the stock we carry being clearance, end of line or customer returns we are not able to offer a Back Order service, once a pallet or parcel is sold we are not likely to every get another similar lot.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. EU customers registered for VAT and can provide us with the correct details are zero rated. For orders placed outside the EU we charge VAT and refund once a certified bill of lading detailing our Invoice reference is recieved.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website your Credit/Debit card details are taken by Square UP, a payment gateway. We use Square Up to ensure we are PCI compliant and that your details are secure. Once you clear all of the security checks made by Square Up on our behalf we will confirm receipt of your payment by email. If there is any problem or if your payment is refunded / voided you will need to check with your card issuer to find out what the issue may be.|

|Returns Policy You are buying under our Terms and Conditions and as a businessl, not a retail customer. We do not accept a return on any goods unless the wrong item has been sent. We sell customer returns and you will get broken and damaged goods.|
